The Application Process:
1. Online Application for 11th, 10th, or 9th Graders.
The online application process is easy, user-friendly, and allows families to enter their information securely and confidentially 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply click on the application link above, create a individual user ID and password, then proceed to the instructions page for directions on completing the information requested. In the event you need assistance or access to a computer, please call the Admissions Department at 510.559.6240 to make an appointment with Linda Yaris, Associate Director of Admissions, and she would be happy to help you access and/or complete the online application.
2. Financial Assistance for new applicants or transfer students .
If you are seeking financial assistance for the 2012 – 2013 school year, please understand that all monies for financial assistance has been distributed. There is no additional financial assistance available for the 2012-2013 school year.
3. Submission of Standardized Test Scores, Academic Information, and Recommendations
The specific forms needed to submit an applicant’s current academic information, standardized test scores, and recommendations to Saint Mary’s, correspond to the type of school the applicant currently attends. As you complete the online application, the various recommendation forms you need can downloaded from the links below. Please submit the downloaded forms to the appropriate teacher or administrator for your child.
