About Saint Mary's
Our Mission Statement and Lasallian Educational Outcomes speak of our commitment to diversity. We believe that our school should be a model and example of women and men of various cultures working together to create a united community.
We are hopeful that this environment will encourage our students to become adult leaders who will embrace culture and difference, not run from them. The entire Saint Mary’s Community celebrates daily the greatness of our diverse environment.
We believe that the entire community must work together daily to learn of each other's culture and celebrate the gifts that culture brings. Like most Lasallian Schools, Saint Mary’s does not support campus ethnic /cultural organizations that divide the cultures. Through our curriculum we are committed to continually exploring ways to integrate various cultural perspectives through the study of religion, literature, history and the arts.
