15 The Saint Mary's On-Line Application Becomes Available
The on-line application is easy to complete. If you need access to a computer with high speed internet to complete the application, please contact the admissions office at 510-559-5240. We would be happy to have you complete your Saint Mary's application at our school. The application is due on January 4, 2011.
22 Information Night at
7:00 to 8:15 PMLearn about our philosophy, programs, and important admissions information with presentations from the Admissions Director and members of the administration. This will be followed by a student, teacher, and parent panel with Q&A from the audience. Information Night is located in the Auditorium. (No Reservation Required)

This is the opportunity for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade families to meet the administration, faculty, coaches, staff, parents, and students. Open House agenda and details will be posted at www.saintmaryschs.org on November 15.

04 Freshman On-Line Application Deadline
08 HSPT Entrance Examination
The application filed by January 4 is all that is required to reserve a seat for the HSPT exam. Our application asks if the student is taking the test at Saint Mary’s or another site. If you mark you are testing at Saint Mary’s, a seat will be ready for you for testing on January 8.
18 Financial Assistance Workshop at 7:00 PM in the Shea Center
The Financial Assistance Workshop is for those families who are looking for assistance in completing the PSAS Form. This workshop is held by the Business Office. Questions about the possible amount of assistance a family would receive cannot be answered on this evening. The forms have to be completed and information evaluated before answering these types of questions. FEBRUARY 2011

13 Sixth & Seventh Grade Information Night begins at 7:00 and concludes at 8:00 p.m. Individual Q&A will follow the presentations.
This Information Night will provide an overview of the admissions process, the school’s Mission and philosophy, and a brief description by administration, students, and parents, of programs offered at Saint Mary’s.
16 Seventh Grade HSPT Practice Test begins at 8:30 a.m. and concludes at 12:30 p.m.
There are 100 seats available for this workshop and practice test.Reservations are required.
