AP Testing
AP COURSES TESTING INFORMATION AND UPDATES
- Please notify Ms. Harkness or Ms. Hack if any student is unable to take their AP exam for any reason. We will contact the student and parent to discuss options for taking the test at a later date.
- Students who wish to leave school after their morning AP exam or come late to school for their afternoon exam must have a note signed by their parent/guardian. Students should bring these notes to Mrs. Lawson immediately before their morning exam or before they take their afternoon test.

- AP testing in the subject areas of Physics, United States History, Biology, English Language, Calculus, English Literature, French, Spanish, and United States Government will be administered during the first two weeks of May. The AP Art portfolio is directed by Ms. Jaeger.
The exams are scheduled for May 5 – May 14, 2008 and will be administered on campus at Saint Mary’s.
Students should be seated for the morning exams at
- Dress Code: Relaxed school attire. Sweats are okay. Same rules for tank tops, shorts, sun dresses, etc.

- Students who are not in AP classes but wish to take an AP exam must let Ms. Harkness know by March 14.

- The College Board Bulletin for AP Students and Parents for 2007-08 has been given to the AP teachers for distribution to students. Inside is a wealth of information about the test dates, examinations and fees.
- AP Exam fees will be charged to student tuition bills on March 1. If students are taking three or more exams, the tuitions will be charged over two months.

Ms. Harkness and Ms. Hack will be visiting all AP classes on 4/30 and 5/1 to remind students about their testing date(s) and what materials to bring. They’ll be given a sheet of instructions for the exam.
