1. Online Application For Incoming Freshman:
The online application process is easy, user-friendly, and allows families to enter their information securely and confidentially 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply click on the application link above, establish a individual user name/password, and complete the forms as directed. In the event you need assistance or access to a computer, please call the Admissions Department at 510.559.6240 to make an appointment with Linda Yaris, Associate Director of Admissions, and she would be happy to help you access and/or complete the online application.
2. Entrance Exam Reservation Form
There is NO need for applicants to pre-register for the HSPT exam at Saint Mary’s. The "Exam Reservation Page" is included in the online application. Indicate that you wish to take the entrance exam at Saint Mary's, and once your application is submitted, you are automatically registered. Saint Mary’s can accommodate all applicants wishing to test on our campus.
3. Submission of Academic Information and Recommendations
The specific forms to submit an applicant’s seventh and eighth grade academic information and recommendations correspond to the type of school the applicant currently attends. Please check with your school or eighth grade teacher to determine which of the forms below your school prefers and/or are most appropriate. Instructions are included in each set of forms.

4. Student Interviews.
Saint Mary’s continues to conduct student interviews as an important part of application process. Freshman Student Interview Night. Applicants will either be interviewed at their current school or receive a letter in the mail with their appointment time on February 10, 2011.
