Enrichment Week Travel Information

Travel Applications & Logistics

Travel during Enrichment Week is a privilege, not a given — it's an exciting chance to explore, learn, and grow outside the classroom. Selection is based on a student's consistent respect, maturity, and responsibility, qualities that keep every trip safe and meaningful for the whole group. Demonstrating them shows you're ready for the challenges of travel and ready to represent yourself and Saint Mary's with pride.

Step 1: Attend a Mandatory Informational Meeting

Every student interested in an international trip must attend one informational meeting to receive the application and the Student & Parent Contract. Applications are distributed only after a student attends:

  • A-Block: Thursday, September 24 at 2:30 pm in the Chapel
  • Lunch: Friday, September 25 at 12:00 pm in the Chapel

Step 2: Submit Your Application & Contract

To be fully registered, students must submit both of the following to Ms. Molinelli or Ms. Pilara by Thursday, October 1:

  • Completed application with parent signature
  • Signed Student & Parent Contract

Incomplete submissions (one document without the other) will not register a student for a trip.

Trip Costs

Price quotes for international trips are based on final enrollment numbers and will be shared following the informational meetings. Itineraries and informational videos for each trip are posted on the website to help families plan.
