Dress Code
The Prom is a formal dance. Students not in compliance with the dress code will not be admitted to the dance. See the button on the right side of this page to view acceptable and unacceptable options for formal attire.
Code of Conduct (taken directly from the Student and Parent Handbook, page #59):
In the event that Saint Mary’s students or guests do not comply with school behavioral policies (e.g. use of drugs or alcohol, violent or disruptive behavior), they will be asked by the administrator in charge to leave the school activity. Under these circumstances the procedure will be as follows:
- Parents of the student will be called by the school administrator to inform them of the situation.
- The student will remain under the supervision of the school administrator or campus supervisor until the situation has been dealt with completely. Parents will either pick-up their child and meet with school officials, or the administrator may designate another time for the meeting.
Guests and Guest Passes
Saint Mary's students are allowed to bring a guest from another high school. Saint Mary’s students are responsible for the behavior of their guests and need to share with their guests what appropriate behavior, language, dress, and dancing looks like at Saint Mary’s.
Saint Mary's students are responsible for ensuring their guest's ticket is purchased before April 24. Guest pass paperwork is due to the Main Office by Monday, April 27. Guest tickets may not be purchased during the Flash Sale.
