Prospective students and families are invited to experience the Saint Mary’s community in a variety of ways, including Panther Parent Preview, Panther for a Day, our Virtual Tuition Assistance Information Night, and Open House on October 25. Whether visiting campus or joining us online, each opportunity offers a unique way to learn what it means to be a Panther!

8th Grade Experiences

Panther for a Day

Panther for a Day is a shadow-day visit that gives prospective students the opportunity to become fully immersed in the academic and social experience of daily Panther life. Each visitor will be thoughtfully matched with a current student who will guide them through classes, provide a personalized campus tour, introduce them to members of the community, and answer any burning questions about what it’s really like to be part of the Saint Mary’s family. It’s the perfect way to experience our welcoming campus, engaging classrooms, and vibrant student community firsthand.

The Panther Parent Preview

The Panther Parent Preview gives parents and guardians an opportunity to gather insight about the amazing Saint Mary's community and what it means to be a Panther. Hear from current students, parents, and staff about their experiences, tour the campus, and get your admissions questions answered.

6th & 7th Grade Information Night

Eager to learn more about Saint Mary’s? Stop in to hear from current community members about what it’s like to be a Panther, and what we look for in future Panthers.

Time: Wednesday, May 8, 2027, 6:00 - 7:00 PM

7th Grade Practice HSPT

This optional practice test helps students become familiar with the format and types of questions they can expect on the HSPT, the standardized entrance and placement exam taken by eighth-grade students applying to Catholic and private high school.

Important Notes:

Scores from the practice test are not reviewed by Saint Mary’s and are for personal use only.
Results will be sent directly to families by Scholastic Testing Service (STS).
No accommodations for learning differences (LD) are provided for this practice exam.
