Re-Enrollment Procedures for Returning Students
We are happy to report that we have a freshman class of 160 students. We have informed families on our waitlist – freshmen on our waitlist and sophomore and junior transfer applicants – that we will notify them on May 1 if a seat becomes available. Our first priority is making sure that all of our current families are registered. Please read the information in this email carefully.
The following are a few details and deadlines for a successful 2019-2020 re-enrollment registration:
Re-enrollment packets were mailed to families on Thursday, April 4 in a large white envelope with neon colored sticker on front. Online registration for returning students will open on Monday, April 8.
In the packet, you will receive the following:
♦ Online Registration Instructions
♦ 2019–2020 Financial Information
♦ Registration Fee Payment Form (if paying registration fee by check or cash)
♦ 2019–2020 Health/Emergency Form with instructions (due by July 29, 2019)
The following are a few details and deadlines for a successful 2019 – 2020 re-enrollment registration:
♦ We will close the registration portal on Monday, April 29 at 5:00 PM or sooner than April 29, if we reach our enrollment limit earlier.
Saint Mary’s is under a strict enrollment restriction set by the City of Albany. As a result, registration will remain open and active until we reach the student enrollment cap of 630 students. If spaces are available after 5:00 PM on April 29, the portal will remain open until all spaces are filled.
♦ Please note that students who are not fully registered before the registration portal is closed may lose their seat at Saint Mary’s.
To be considered registered at Saint Mary’s, the online registration must be completed, including the tuition contract, and the non-refundable $600 registration fee must be received,
♦ Families who have outstanding balances with the Business Office will not be able to re-enroll their child until the outstanding balances are resolved. This can result in students not being scheduled for courses and getting their desired classes next year. ♦ If your child is NOT returning to Saint Mary’s for the 2019 – 2020 school, please email Carol Balding at firstname.lastname@example.org with your child’s name and reason for not returning to Saint Mary’s.
♦ Tuition Assistance Awards for 2018 – 2019
