Saint Mary’s College High School—an historic Lasallian Catholic college-preparatory school founded in 1863—seeks a faith-filled, mission-driven Principal to begin August 1, 2026. Rooted in the Lasallian Core Principles, the school is committed to holistic education that forms students in mind, body, and spirit.

The Principal serves as the chief academic and operational officer, responsible for the school’s academic program, student experience, and daily operations. Key areas of leadership include mission integration, curriculum and faculty oversight, student formation, community life, and administrative management. The Principal collaborates closely with the President and serves as a visible, unifying presence for students, families, faculty, and staff.

Qualified candidates will hold a master’s degree; have significant teaching and leadership experience; demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and community-building skills; and show deep commitment to Catholic education, diversity, and inclusion. Compensation ranges from $170,000–$205,000 for this full-time, 11-month position.
