The Dean of Academics of Saint Mary’s College High School is an experienced and mission-driven educational leader responsible for overseeing the school’s academic systems and ensuring the integrity, consistency, and effectiveness of the academic program.

Reporting to the Principal, the Dean works closely with the Director of Teaching & Learning, academic department chairs, counselors, and program leaders to support high academic standards and a well-functioning academic program. The Dean plays a central role in ensuring that Saint Mary’s academic systems operate with clarity, fairness, and consistency in the service of student learning.

The Dean actively teaches four sections each year out of a possible ten, ensuring direct engagement with students and a firsthand perspective on instructional practices.
