The Dean of Students at Saint Mary’s College High School is a mission-driven educational leader responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and mission-aligned student experience. Rooted in the Lasallian tradition of Saint John Baptist de La Salle, the Dean oversees student life, discipline systems, and school culture, ensuring an environment grounded in respect, accountability, and the dignity of every student.

Serving as a key member of the school’s leadership team, the Dean reports to the Principal and works in close partnership with the Vice Principal, Dean of Academics, Director of Teaching & Learning, counselors, and program leaders to support student well-being, belonging, and growth. The Dean plays a central role in ensuring that student life systems are clear, consistent, and formative, promoting both accountability and student development.

The Dean supervises the Assistant Dean of Students and coordinates systems related to student supervision, discipline, attendance, and campus safety. The Dean is actively engaged in the classroom, teaching two sections each year, ensuring that leadership remains grounded in students' daily experiences and school life.
