The History/Social Studies Teacher at Saint Mary’s College High School is a mission-driven educator responsible for delivering a rigorous social sciences curriculum. The teacher fosters critical thinking, historical inquiry, and civic awareness through a curriculum that reflects diverse global perspectives, including World History, as well as elements of economics and political science.
Reporting to the Principal and working closely with the Director of Teaching & Learning, department chairs, and colleagues, the teacher supports high academic standards and contributes to a strong academic program. The teacher carries a full course load and creates a student-centered classroom environment grounded in instructional excellence and student learning.
