Application Process

Understanding the Application Process:

Step 1: Complete the Saint Mary’s Inquiry Form to Register for Admissions Events.
 
Fill out Saint Mary’s Inquiry Form to sign up for Admissions events, campus visits, and information nights.
 
Step 2: Complete Your Application
 
After submitting your application, you’ll be prompted to complete the required Checklist items through the Admissions Portal. Many of these items — including standardized recommendation forms and transcript release documents — can be shared with all the schools you’re applying to.
 
Important Deadlines and Dates:
  • January 7, 2026 – Application Deadline
  • January 29, 2026 - Interview Night
  • February 3, 2026 – Letters of Recommendation and Transcripts Deadline
 
Access and manage everything through your Admissions Portal.
 
The 2026-2027 Freshmen Application will close on January 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
Step 3: Register for the High School Placement Test (HSPT)
 
The test will be held on January 10, 2026, at Saint Mary’s as well as at other schools.
Step 4: Apply for Tuition Assistance
Step 5: Admissions Decisions and Enrollment
  • Decisions sent via email on March 20, 2026. ​
  • Enrollment March 21, 2026

Transfer Students

Students applying for admission to Saint Mary’s College High School as a transfer student in grade 9 or 10 must be in good academic and disciplinary standing at their current school, pursuing a college preparatory curriculum, with no D’s or F’s (verification will be required).

Saint Mary’s does not accept 12th grade or mid-year transfers.

 

The transfer application will open in April 2026.

International Students

Saint Mary's College High School accepts applications for 9th, 10th, or 11th grade students, pending space availability. Students must be in good standing with no D’s, F’s, or no passing grades. Please note that we do not accept international students in the 12th grade.
