INFORMATION NIGHT – September 12, 2024 (6:30 - 7:30 pm)

Admissions Information Night is the first of many opportunities for sixth, seventh, and eighth grade families to learn about Saint Mary’s philosophy, programs, and admissions information. The evening will include presentations from Dr. Pete Imperial, Principal, Cherisse Payne, Admissions Director, Administration, students, and parents, all in person on campus.


Even though the evening focuses on the upcoming admissions year, sixth and seventh grade families are welcome.

ADMISSIONS MORNING COFFEE – September 2024 - November 2024

The Morning Coffee informational sessions are in person for parents who are new to the high school process. The Admissions Director will review application procedures and briefly overview the school’s program.

Reservations are required. Please fill out our inquiry form to sign up.

CAMPUS VISITS - November 2024 - December 2024

Campus Visits run from 9:30am-12:30pm


To sign up your child to attend this campus visit, please use the link below:

  • Private Schools please email [email protected] to book a time for your whole 8th-grade class to visit as a group.
  • Individual families that want to visit please use the following link to register: Reservations are required. 

Eighth Grade Students are invited to participate in a campus visit to Saint Mary's College High School.

Lunch will be provided by Saint Mary's. If your child has any dietary restrictions, please send an appropriate lunch with them on this day.

During the Student Campus Visit Program, parents can visit the campus on the same day their child is visiting. The parent visit programs includes:

♦ A Presentation and a Conversation with the Administration

♦ Campus Tour

♦ Lunch courtesy of the Admissions Office

♦  Join in the Presentation by the Admissions Director to the Students


OPEN HOUSE - December 08, 2024

Sunday from 1:00 - 3:00 pm.

This is the opportunity for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade families to meet the administration, faculty, coaches, staff, parents, and students. All are welcome.

Registration is not required to attend.

HSPT Prep Workshop - Coming Soon
Saint Mary's is partnering with Classroom Matters to host an HSPT Prep Workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for your 8th grader to learn more about the HSPT and get comfortable taking the test.
February 2024 - May 2024

Shadow Visits - February (not available now, will open later after application closes)


Shadow visits are ONLY FOR 8th graders that have submitted an application to Saint Mary's.


Last Year's Schedule:

8:20 AM: Come to the Admissions Office, Room 10, in Saint Joseph's Hall for check-in.

8:25 AM: Eighth grade students will be paired up with a Saint Mary’s student and they will attend three classes. Saint Mary’s will provide a small snack at break. If students have a special diet, please have them bring something light to eat during the break period.

12:00 PM: The student visit program concludes. Families can pick-up their child in front of the library.

6th/7th GRADE INFORMATION NIGHT - April 24, 2024 (6:30 - 7:30 PM)

This information program is for sixth and seventh grade parents and their children. You will hear from members of administration and admissions regarding academic vision, school program goals, and the admissions process. There will be time to ask questions to our admissions director and current students and their parents.

Registration is not required to attend. This is IN PERSON.



This practice exam offers students a way to prepare for the HSPT and is intended to help students become more familiar with the different sections of the HSPT, especially under timed conditions. Space is limited to 100 spots. 

Registration is CLOSED.

*Once you complete the registration form and pay, there will be a second form you need to fill out in your confirmation email. The link will take you to the STS website. This form will give you a registration number for the practice HSPT, ensuring your child's scores are sent directly to you.
