Saint Mary's online application will open on September 1, 2024.
 
The deadline to turn in your application is January 7, 2025.
 
(If you are a transfer student, please check back in April 2025 to apply.)
All 9th grade applicants to Saint Mary’s College High School are required to take the High School Placement Test (HSPT).

Saint Mary's requires three recommendations: one from your current math teacher, english teacher, and principal or counselor.
 

To simplify the work of the eighth grade teachers who are asked to complete the recommendation forms, Saint Mary’s will also accept a copy of a completed recommendation form from another Catholic or private school. Our online application also has a new feature called "Common Checklist Items," which allows you to share recommendations between all East Bay Catholic High Schools. To learn more click here.

Recommendations are to be requested and sent through your online application parent portal. Please note: you CANNOT submit requests until your application is completed. 

We recommend that the forms be given to your student's current school at least four weeks before the February 4 2025 deadline.

8th grade transcripts are due February 4, 2025.
 
How do I send them?
Use the request form in your parent portal checklist.
This can be found when logged into your online application.
Please fill out Saint Mary's tuition assistance application if you would like to apply for financial aid.
 
The 2025-2026 Tuition Assistance Application will open in November 2024.

The deadline to apply for tuition assistance is February 3, 2025.
 
 
Saint Mary’s will set an appointment to meet with the applicant for about 15 to 20 minutes. This is an opportunity for a member of the faculty or administration to meet the student and for the student to get their questions answered.
Decisions will be emailed on March 21, 2025.
The enrollment portal will open on March 22, 2025.
